This is a decent property for those who enjoy solitude and quiet. The units are spacious, relatively clean, and have lots of natural light. There's a very welcoming front porch and deck with furniture. The beds are comfortable along with the pillows. The bathrooms were clean with a very large shower. Washer and dryer work just expected. Employees were friendly and welcoming, and there were no high-pressure sales at this location. There is plenty of tea available at the welcome center. Nature and natural beauty are stupendous! If you enjoy watching birds, just walk around or sit on the deck, which affords observing and listening to numerous songbirds. The sunsets were lovely. There are fewer amenities embedded in the campus, but you do get free admission to the local gym and swimming pool. We took advantage of the local gym, which was quite nice for the size of the community. Local residents for very friendly. We also took advantage of the local discount at the marina. Disappointing observations were that some areas on the walls and cupboards in the kitchen and furnace ventilation door could use a good scrubbing. The lovely birds unfortunately chose to be above the deck yielding droppings on the deck. Expect to wipe off the tables and chairs and look carefully before you sit. There are no extra blankets. The guest bedroom bathroom has a pocket door, which is broken and did not close fully. The patio doors require quite a bit of strength to open. There are limited restaurants. We felt the best value was the Mexican restaurant. It's quite a hike from the units to the welcome center, I think it's at least a mile and a half, so it wouldn't be very comfortable to walk there, and there is no sidewalk. In fact, there are no sidewalks anywhere on this campus. Traffic is fairly light, and I felt comfortable walking on the roads. Remember to walk facing traffic. The roads on this property and surrounding area are serpentine, plan to arrive in daytime I have a beef with Wyndham's booking system. We had hoped to stay 7 days, but for some reason, they had no availability for Monday. These units hardly had anybody staying in them. Occupancy picked up on Friday and Saturday, but I don't know why their system said they didn't have any units available on Monday when we tried to book. So we stayed a Tuesday through Sunday. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings. I would love to return. Some might find it too dull and quiet, but that is exactly the quality that makes this property attractive, in my opinion.

Myself, boyfriend, and two friends rented a two bedroom for two nights for the 4th of july, and i can, without a doubt say it is one of the nicest resorts I've stayed at. The place was very clean and well stocked with all the dishes and stuff for cooking. There is laundry soap provided, which was nice to wash our swimwear, so when we got home, we didn't have a bunch of mildewed clothes to wash. The grounds were well kept, and our room overlooked a gold fairway. There were pools, which we didn't check out, but they looked nice. Nicer than the pictures. 10/10.

Although this is a challenge to get to, the resort is a must see. The staff was very cordial and welcoming. The units were well kept and the kitchen wonderful. The fireplace is a nice touch. We were on the golf course which was nice to look out onto. I hope Wyndham rethinks their decision to sell this resort.

Over all pretty good. The location was super quiet and the apartment style room was good. The exterior is a bit dated and the could provide a grill for the deck, currently the only grills available are the park style located in the common area. There are multiple pools that are very nice.

We got a spacious two bedroom condo at cliffside. Nice quiet hustle among trees. Unique sunrise view. Not far from the lake. Relaxing place for a vacation

We got a suite for 80 bucks a night, absolutely blew our minds how beautiful the area was around. The lady that gave us the card keys was super nice and friendly. They have everything here, but you might have to drive to get there like the pool. A lot of the amenities cost money, but the pool and fitness areas come complimentary. There's a lot of restaurants around that have discounts, but none are open past like 8 and some aren't open all day only certain days. But man this suite is absolutely incredible, and they didn't try to sell us timeshares!

We were in town for a motorcycle trip with our friends. They are timeshare owners with WorldMark. For a 2BR condo, it was $1,200 for 5 nights. I feel like that is a lot the outdated furniture and quality of rooms. The TVs were not smart TVs. The flooring in kitchen was weak in spots and the shower in the 2nd bedroom had no floor support and will likely break soon. The pool nearby was nice and big. The master bedroom was very nice and so was the bathroom.
